		<description>I&#039;ve never loved bluefish that much, I find its meat is not that soft. by the way female are usually softer than males! you can oven the filets wrapped in alluminum foil (&quot;al cartoccio&quot;) with olive oil+spices you like or cook it in a pan with tomatoes/onion/oregano/olives etc.
when I catch one the first thing I eat are liver, heart &amp; gonads, which I gently heat in a pan with oil &amp; garlic and use as pasta sauce. u can use spaghetti or whatever topping it with fresh, fine chopped parsley.</description>
